I’m Jim Yannakas, a passionate Greece wedding filmmaker based in Athens dedicated to telling authentic love stories - your story!
My goal as a wedding filmmaker is to craft fine-art cinematic yet emotionally rich films that truly reflect the heart of your special day. Each film I create is stylish, full of genuine emotion, and inspired by the visual language of cinema.

I carefully use every tool at my disposal- lens choices, composition, ambient sound, and hand-picked music - to create wedding films that feel like mini-movies. My focus is always on capturing people, place, and emotion as naturally and beautifully as possible.

I use minimal equipment and film in a discreet manner. I don’t stage or pose moments during the wedding. Instead, I aim to document the real emotions and spontaneous moments that make your day unique. If needed, gentle direction is reserved for 

pre-wedding or day-after sessions to tell the story more deeply.

I understand that every wedding is unique, and so I approach each event with this in mind.  Whether you're planning a destination wedding, an intimate elopement, or a multi-day celebration - in Greece or anywhere in the world - I would be honored to capture your most beautiful moments in my signature style!
